Interesting thread.
"had a note through the dor yesterday saying they think they may have been a bit hastywanting to settle on insurance"
NEVER a smart move!

The insurers have been known to drop the insured and leave them with huge bills......

how much time u lost from work etc???????

A long, long time ago, in deepest "Beirut... without the sunshine", a Renault 5 Turbo hit the EFE's right handle bar as he passed me and prompted a massive slapper!!!!!.....Once recovered, I caught up b4 he got to next lights...and proceeded to discuss his action!!!....He denied knowledge etc. his speed when he hit was at least 60/70 in a 30 ...(I swear i wasn't doing 30+ which is why I'm typing this).......his mate turns up in his corrado .....pair of fingers from them both then off at same speed. Got both numbers and off to the Boys in Blue thinking they'd be interested in apprehending these twop lunatics

Did absolutely nothing.....

Refused to even record it as an incident because I wasn't dead in the road as I'd wrestled the bike back to normality!!!!

Glad you got away with it though.......some people simply shouldn't be let out and deserve to be culled by the roadside.
