tubing

Post by creedxup »

What sort of hose is that?, if it's just silicon tubing, it will soon start to weep brake fluid.

Why is your handlebar so far down your fork?

dont worry cos i'm using a single seat pod i've mocked up a new riders seat
release
and your 2 bars hold the old release in place and have 'made by fang' writen on them

just so you can say you contributed to a bespoke ow01 like you said before

and everytime i take the seat off i'll look in the void and say
'' ooh yer fang made them ''

I bet you were pissed off when you saw that you'd scratched the fork when you lowered them down :) :paranoid:

luckily the scratching only shows on camera for some reason you cant see it in daylight

anyways heres tonights work

i've had some issues with my l.e.d lights, fang tried to explain the solution
but my electrical knowlage is limited so all i heard was - i need a flux capasator and dilithium cristals in the loom blah blah something something

what i did was put some hidden indicators with normal bulbs in the loom

like this

and on the front i ran them inside the air ducts which will look cool once the nosecone is in place like this
Image

also put in the new ignition barrel - many thanks Luk

Image

oh and i rigged up my dual seat release into a solo seat one
((wonder who made those brackets))

Love the lateral thinking solution to the indicator problem

Much easier than trying to decipher my inane ramblings, "Roads?, where we're going we don't need roads!!"

Whens the bodywork due for re-appearance?

Love those seat release brackets, obviously made by a master craftsman :unibrow:...............I said craftsman, not bater :D

Looking forward to seeing yours all painted up and finished.
I have a set of fairings i need painting soon, i`ll have a look at Nasty`s job and might let him loose on mine.

you know when you get an idea in your head - you know the one -
the one in your minds eye when your doing your bike, and how you
imagine it to turn out

well............

i origionaly made a mock up in photoshop for keith - it was vague to say
the least but along with some pics i picked up off the net we were sort of
on the same wave length

it was sort of origional with a few twists - something you could look at
and imediatly know it was a yam -

in my minds eye i sort of knew what i wanted

all along i said to keith if you think something wont look right change it
and i kept saying in my reply mails that i wasnt too fussed about the outcome as long as it resembles my origional idea.

i think keith liked this approach as he had my ideas and a blank canvas
to just go for it.

i've just received pics of what can only be described as incredable!!!!

its nothing like the pic in my minds eye because i'm just not creative enough to dream up what keith has produced

my jaw is litterally on the floor and has been for the last half hour

i'm just away to give him a phone :)
