I Think it would look better in white or red , the panels disappear into the rear wheel/tyre and makes the area look even chunkier

Thats on my "list of things to do at the end"

I do have a Carbon Can that came with the bike, its from a Fireblade so the mounting holes on the exhaust system need filing out a bit, which i`m a bit reluctant to do seeing how much they cost :retard:

I was just following the line between the front side panel and bellypan, (which is going to be finished in black)
Doing the seat panels in white or red sort of broke up the "flowing lines" if you know what i mean. :retard:

Or am i being too "arty farty"?

Heres where i`m at so far.
I`m going to decide on the seat panels when the bellypan is finished and fitted, it might look better.
Then again, it might look worse.

Also, got the rim tape fitted on the back wheel.

Problem is things look bigger in white, therefore not a good idea for the back of a Thunderarse! My mate has put an '02 R1 seat on his - that looks quite tidy... Or are you dead set on keeping the pillion seat?

FZR1000RU EXUP - Does this redeem me for having a GSXR in the garage too?

I`ve thought about changing the tail unit, but because the front fairing is so "bulbous" looking, it wouldn`t look right with a small tail unit on.
I`m keeping the Ace rear end for now, BUT if i like it and its a keeper, then i have a plan to change the complete bodykit for something else. :unibrow:

You can also see the rear caliper, might have to do my bluespot rear caliper conversion, then change the bluespot to gold to match the front.
More work to do..........
