Carbs are off :eek: right carb is somehow flooding and spewing from the float chamber vent pipe :retard: when running that is :)

When i took them off the inlet is full to the brim with fuel :crybaby: and uder the bike there was a puddle of your finest unleaded :crybaby: :crybaby:
all the others are ok :nod:
Ive taken them to urwins in thorne :rolleyes: i dont mess with carbs at all dont have a clue what im doing :retard:
so all being well i should get them back at dinner and get em whacked on :D

Daz, it's probably only something stopping the float valve from closing. Probably a spec of dirt or some scale, so it's just a cleaning job.

Easy peezy to fix and there's no setting up per-se to do unless something else is amiss.
Converted to pedal power. Now skinny as fook.

ive got the carbs back :nod: float height was wrong and a split o ring was the cause :rolleyes:
Got them on the bike not spewing petrol but wont tickover :retard:

well it will but to high then it settles and then it dies :retard:
Probably an air leak im guessing?? the guy i got it from took the carbs off and had them cleaned im betting he didnt get them set up again :\

it rides fine just if your sat a minute or 2 in traffic it will die, unless you blip throttle now and then,and with this end can boy it scares folk thats for sure :lol:

its already cost me so im going to get into the guys ribs he can pay for it :evil:

sounds like the o-ring on the float mechanism, shame could have done the job done on the bike in 20 mins..

Now it sounds like they need setting up again and checking for leaks
