Have called them today. Say sorry for not yet getting back to you but they have 2 staff members off work at moment, 1 of them does the emails and admin
They're trying to keep up but still sorting matters from the end of last month. They say admin coming back to work tomorrow so should be able to start to catch up
Give them a few days to get sorted and obtain postage costs. If you don't get a reply I'll order them for you

Then there is the change of needle jets purchased from Allen's Performance
Driving like a completely different machine now, all carburetor problems are now gone.
