Although that seat unit looks wrong.

Swap it for an R6 rear end.

Did i mention i have an R6 rear end? :paranoid:
I was thinking of changing it sometime.
Got a Ninja 636 rear in the shed i'd love to go on there, a lot of work to graft it on though!
Spose an R1/R6 rear would be easier  have seen those done quite a lot.
I took the easy route and went with this one for now

I took it to Santa Pod on the 14th, Extreme bike show!
Anyone else go?

Best time was 11.0772 @ 122.12mph , thought it would do better, but not bad for summut i slung together! :paranoid:
ran consistent low 11's.

Am loving this bike, the smashed FZ has been left neglected in the shed!

Glad everyone liked the tax disc holder! :unibrow:

Was my twist on the oberon type ones

I assure you it does now contain an upto date disc!
I repositioned it today (hasnt been on there for a couple of months :paranoid: )
as i nearly lost the disc on the ride when those last pics where taken.
Changed a few other bits on her too.
Painted the sidestand as was rusty orange in colour :D ,now silver.
Wacked some white primer (colour test) on the rear light surround,
blends in with the seat unit more. Not sure if i like that yet though.

Still having some issues when during high speeds, seems to get starved of fuel!
maybe carbs need sorting, or something electrical?

Went back to the akra after a while as was very loud
and could do witha new inlet fitting.
Wish i hadnt as the highside i had, has scratched the can up a bit :crybaby:

Anyway, before the little accident i had, i started painting the seat unit.
Was first real go at painting summut in other than just black
Still to be finished, and clear to lay down. Not sure if i want it all in a satin finish though now.
Have skipped all the prep/masking pics.
Kept some of the previous design but altered the colour :unibrow:

Was riding it like this whilst painting :D
