Only got 1 block from home

Cold tyres, greasy road...

White van man pulls out 10 - 15 yards in front of me, leaving nowhere to go but straight into the side of him, so binned it, trying to avoid him. Out cold for about 5 mins, sore and swollen right foot, really badly bruised right ribs, and a broken collarbone.

Image

'Coz I binned her down on her right side, 12r's not in too bad shape:

clutch case
right lower fairing
front fairing
right mirror
right bar & lever
exhaust

Image

crash bung took most

Image

leathers, boots, lid & gloves knackered

Could have been alot worse for both me & 12r

This is why my wife's banned me from riding at this time of year (2 crashes in 3 years in November/December)

Get well soon Gregg.
Converted to pedal power. Now skinny as fook.

Sad though, when you think of the hundreds of miles I do Mon - Fri, & I get smacked 1 block after setting off from home :(

Wouldn't mind, but I was only going out to treat her to a jetwash, and instead ended up smashing her up instead :crybaby:
