My FZR1000 fighter project
Hi all,
sum pics of the bike as I 1st got it.
A few hours later
After making a new sub frame for an R6 seat unit
As she looks at the mo
Hope sum of of you like wot I've done, nearly done with the dry bulid up the strip for panit/polish & powdercoat!

Yep she runs, ran her up n down the box, not yet ckecked the clutch as need to pipe that up so going to wait till final bulid, now got all the electircs working, just small things now, like wiring in a digital speedo when I find 1 I like, not to much after that just the long stage of final bulid, but as I have a another road bike not in a rush to finish this as want it rite when its done.

Hi,
the front headlight unit is from a KTM Duke, getting hard to find! took over 6 mths of looking before I found that 1, seen the same unit on other bikes & knew that wot I wanted worth the money & the wait!
Had sum time on it yesterday trying to find a rad filler pipe & rad cap, so looks like e-bay again or the local breakers.

like what you've done there mate, glad to see some more fighters on here, make sure you take some pics when its all done and show us all..

Nice fighter Dave,
I have to ask though... WHAT IS THAT POLISHED CYLINDER by the top yoke? Is it a custom rad expansion tank?
Loving Streetfighterman's bike too... is it finished yet? PICS please
