monkey-cam action: Rockingham trackday

Post by monkey »

here's some on-board action from me on the R1 at Rockingham [International] on Saturday. No Limits trackday, intermediate group.

Morning sessions were a total wash-out but at lunchtime the sun came out & dried up all the rain.

The clip is from a restart halfway through a session which had been red flagged.

I'm following a mate on his R1 for a couple of easy laps to get some footage. Then an unknown black Gixxer-750 enters the fray.

We had a right proper ding-dong for the next few laps - he was faster than me in places, I was faster than him in others.

Who came out on top? watch & find out...

[sorry about the sound quality]
