Project Number 4!

Post by rf9rider »

Well Chaps, now the Ace is nearly finished, its time for number 4.
I`ve still got the frame from the very first YZF750 i bought, it has a broken engine mount lug on one side, i bought another damaged frame from Graz a while ago, plan is to cut the good mounting lugs off the scrap frame and have them welded onto the good frame so i can fit an Ace motor in it.
Also got a YZF750 swing arm i saved, i had this fitted to the Ace, but took it off when i realised i needed a new chain, as the original Ace chain needed splitting to fit through the brace on the 750 swinger, so kept the original Ace one on. :retard:
This ones going to take a while, as i plan to buy a few bits every now and then, and hope Mrs RF9 doesn`t notice. :unibrow:
Just won a couple of bits from Ebay, and so it starts.
I just hope Rutz is happy now. :p

If anyone has any YZF750 bits laying around, let me know. :D
