Fitted another radiator as the old one was damaged and leaking, hope this ones ok, will find out later on when i get up as its a little early to fire her up.

And finally for today, cleaned and fitted the Goldspots.
Take no notice of the rusty brake discs, might get a full set of wavy`s. :nod:

Next on the list is to get a new gas bottle for my heater as it was a little cold this morning. :crybaby:

I`ve never known brake discs go rusty like that, hasn`t been out of the garage since i got it :retard:

And it starts and runs fine, no leaks from the rad. :D

Well Chaps, change of plan.
Removed the YZF750 swingarm and put the original back on.
There was a fair bit of play in the 750 arms bearings, plus i was going to have to split the chain to fit it through the braced arm, so to save a little cash i used the original arm and chain, as its in good condition and will last me this summer. :D

And while the arm was off, greased all the bearings and fitted some shiny new stainless dogbones. (Cheers Stig :thumbsup: )

Another little job done today viewers!
Fitted a set of Goodrich stainless brake lines, another Ebay bargain. :D
They were for an R1 but fit the Ace no problems. :nod:

Thanks mate, i`ll be happy if it looks half as good as yours.
Won`t be quite immaculate looking this year until i decide if i`m keeping it :lol: :lol:
Just want to get it roadworthy and running right before i spend too much on it.
