I'd say a really nice pair of winter gloves and a pair of cold killers under gloves...

Get diesel gloves free from your local petrol station and wear them under your regular mits.

My thermal gloves dont work anymore so I use Kevlar armoured Crosser gloves, they stop the cold getting in a treat.

I just got a pair of Wolf winter gloves.... they seem not too bad.... still get a bit cold on the ends of my fingers after about 20 minutes but way better than any leather gloves I have had in the past.

Years ago when I was working for Pony Express I never bought bike gloves, I bought ski gloves which worked really well and kept your hands very dry

ive had two sets of klan heated gloves
ridden right through winter for the past 6 years
top pair of gloves,very warm
i would never ride through winter without these
bit pricey but worth it
or you could try heated grips, which are nearly as good and cheaper
