Nice going Sandy

when the alloy's really corroded its a pain in the neck to get it right. Not found the solution yet myself :crybaby:

If you're gunna paint the wheels again at any time, save the balance weights and paint them at the same time. Finishes things off

I bought a FZR wheel from germany and that was gold Sandy. Looked really good, but after a mini poll on here, it ended up powder coated black to match the front wheel.  Did think about gold powder coating, but its not that good to look at. :(

If your having anything powder coated like wheels or swing arms, remember to allow for new bearings.

i did a silly thing today and jumped on the frame
with the full polishing kit on hand ,
and here is the results
Image
that was from 2 days or so ago ,,,
and this was after i went a bit crazy with the polisher
as you can see i didnt even remove the deltabox
stickers from the frame , i just buffed them straight
off with the polishing kit , took seconds to do ,,,,,,,,,
Image

and after around 1 hour and 20 miniutes this is just
for starters , there still is the finishing touches to be done

Image
so you lot with the alloy frames , there is no excuses now
get your ass out there and get polishing your fingertips off
