Unlucky mate, looks bad, hopefully it'll heal well enough for you to exact your revenge on all cagers the way only a biker can.
On a more serious note... Why are you totally nekkid on that last pic?

Holy cow

Daz that looks bloody painful. The bruising will be spectacular as it comes out - good thing you've got pics, it'll support any personal injury claims you need to make.

I'm not one for inflating insurance claims unnecessrily because that puts the premiums up for everyone, but I do think this young lady needs to be taught to pay attention to what she's doing when in charge of a lethal weapon like a car. "Didn't see" an oncoming bike - didn't look, you mean.

By the way, did plod attend at the scene? That's a "without due care" if you ask me. Got any witnesses?

Make sure you let us know how it all turns out and hope you mend soon. All the best, matey.

Can the courts ban someone from driving without any input from the police?
Cause if the police didn't turn up at the accident they won't have had any input as to whether in their opinion it was reckless or not.

this is what the police siad to me

"an accident dosnt have to be reported unless a meat wagons called for, its up to the insurance companys to decide who is at fault"

it will only reach court if she denies it  which by all accounts looks like she will now mummy and daddy have primed her with what to say :finger:

dad tried to imply that i nipped in at the last minute  if that was the case it wouldnt have been the mirror i hit with my arm surely it would by laws of physics been the front right side which is totally unmarked   and not with my arm

i did tell him this but he is a prick

bring it on i say they had there chance :p :finger:

my legal team are having a field day with the changing stories and the fact they fixed there car the day after before they told there insurance company :unibrow:
my insurance company are bike specialists and deal only in bike matters and when i told them the dads latest claims they laughed

dad said to me now my daughter has had time to think (read make up a load of shit) she thinks she was only a couple of feet over your side , as for pressing cd changer she cant remember
my insurance companys reply was lets get her on the stand without mummy and daddy and we will pull her to pieces :unibrow: :unibrow:
