I'm sure I've waffled on about this before but I'm going to waffle just a bit more. . .
The Long Way Round is probably one of the most riveting bike dvds I've ever watched. I borrowed it from my Nephew last year and Ellie and I were totally hooked. I've just bought the set for myself on DVD and dropped in the first disc into the machine to just make sure all was ok. . . before I knew where I was we'd watched the first two episodes again, we just couldn't turn it off, again.
If you haven't seen it yet it's well worth watching I guarantee you.
Right now you can get all 10 episodes in one neat set for just 13 quid with free delivery from www.play.com. Here's a link if you're interested. . .
I thought Ewan McGregor was a right annoying twat, until I watched this, now I think he's a really great and down to earth bloke. . . I'll never forgive him for Star Wars tho. . . Sorry Ewan.
Have got the extended 10 version (brothjer had orginal version)a nd read the book. The extended version is worth every extra episode. I've seen another version of their book in the book shops, larger with LOADS of photos.

I totally agree with that comment! But I was gladly proven wrong, very enjoyable to watch and very encouraging to perhaps do your own tour, but not round the world though!
Twas on telly yesterday, they reached the southern most point of S Africa along with about seventy other bikers. I assume the tv series will be along later this year, plus dvd, book yadda, yadda
