De-fightering the Rat

So I finally got round to dismantling Fugly.
Managed to shear one exhaust Flange bolt and had to get the angle grinder to the bolt holding the rear brake cylinder but the rest went pretty well.
I've no idea about the rear shock so I just popped it off and greased the pivot sleeve. It take it it's not supposed to be finger-loose? I had to use a wrench to turn the adjuster?
Next I have to strip the matte black paint off the swingarm, grease it and re-fit, then clean and grease the rear wheel.
I've taken the old sub-frame off and will stick on the new one from Plodder too. Then can stick my new can on

13ri is sorting me out with the plastics, lights, front subby and clip-ons so all I really need are some random bolts and a new front master cylinder.
All that's left then is the re-spray and to get a proper rad.
Might change the engine too, but I'm not that clever.
And I know my work space is a little messy but it's only 4' wide and I'm a big lad

Stripped the swingarm, mostly.
The fairings (cheers Bri) and exhaust have arrived too \o/!! I'm so excited I did a little sex-wee.
Hopefully she'll be together by Sunday, then I can whip the fairings off for paint again next week.

No pics today

Got the swingarm back on eventually, only snapped one bleed nipple on the rear brake

Now I just need a bunch of bolts for the clocks, headlight, fairing and probably a few others. I need the front wiring loom as I've nothing to connect the headlight to and I need to bend one of the exhaust headers inwards as I can't seem to get them back on now

I also need the little bracket thingy for the front master cylinder...
Any help?

Little more progress. Got bolts so started bodging the plastics on. Re-fitted the brake lever, clutch, throttle etc. Throttle's really stiff so need to sort that out. Chris is sorting me out with rubbers so I just need a headlight wiring loom and I'm on my way.
Bought some Triumph ST mirrors I hope will fit, need to wire the extra indicators in too (Can I just run them as well as the normal ones?)
If anyone has fairing mounting brackets they would be handy too

Once I know it all fits I'll be prepping and painting with my special paint
