Well it's pretty much finished . And if anyone tells you it bolts straight in, then they're lying Getting the arm into the frame is fairly straightforward and I went the route of having the pivot sleeve narrowed and new shim washers made up to fit inside the end caps. I retained the original EXUP shock, linkage and dogbones. The plan was to fit a pair of 157mm dogbones to raise the back but this pulled the shock too close to the inside of the swingarm and caused the back end to go solid. I had to revert to the stock bones but it is still higher than stock but just right. I can only assume that the linkage mount of the YZF arm is slightly further back than the EXUP one but it can't be seen by eye. I also fitted an R1 caliper. Battery box had to be cut down, smaller battery fitted and the bottom mount trimmed, shock reservoir bracket also had to be moved upwards to clear. I also had to trim the plastic from the inner front mudguard. Thanks to those who helped along the way- Chris for dimensions and the chain and sprockets , Jon for the wheel and cush (still not sure about the red though!), Steve for the swinger and chainguard and Stig for the bones (even though Icouldn't use them)
