The paintjob is based on an Italian courier service (SDA COURIER EXPRESS)
I`ve seen a couple more like it, though they have PDQ graphics on instead of SDA.

No mate, i bought it locally.
Similar paintjob but different sponsor decals.
Mine has SDA courier express, RGVLC`s was PDQ i think.
