Back from South Downs absolutely knackered...100 miles off road on a push bike is no fun....dont know why I did it really.
...anyway 44 was a good guess....but I'm actually 45..

Nismo might not be on the forum for a wee while, his mum has gone into hospital and i'm sure you'll all join me in hoping she has a speedy recovery, so you'll have to wait for the bill.
