well (thanks to barden) i've now won on e-bay for an ace frame ....... downside is i have to go down to the south coast to go an get it (but it all worked out as i have an appt down that way soon

so most of me petrol will also be paid for

result or what

which will be great as i now only need to take the frame an single side arm now to a decent place to be machined to fit my bike

plus i can also work out the fitting on the rear seat i've won (still waiting for it) which is a R1 05 plastic bit no seat/s or rear light but again means my bike not in bits while its tweaked to fit the ace
