HI ALL , FEW PICS OF MY LATEST MODS TO THE BIKE . REPROFILED AND VENTED THE FRONT MUDGUARD AND REAR HUGGER .VENTED THE THE AIR DUCTS IN THE FAIRING SIDES . PROBABLY NOT TO EVERYONES LIKING , BUT IT WORKS FOR ME . ALSO FITTED SOME NEW PLUG CAPS AND LEANED OFF THE PILOT SCREWS HALF A TURN . MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE TO THE PICK UP FROM TICKOVER AND, AT LOW REVS .

HI YA KIWI R1 , I FORMED THE GRILLS TO THE CORRECT SHAPE OF THE VENTS WITH AN 1/2" OVERLAP ALL ROUND SO THAT THEY SAT NICE AND FLAT AGAINST THE FAIRING , THEN I INITIALLY HELD THEM IN POSITION WITH SOME HOT GLUE STICKS , THEN I USED SOME FIBRELASS AND RESIN OVER THE TOP TO SECURE THEM IN PLACE . EVERTHING HAS TO BE CLEANED DOWN WITH CONTACT CLEANER PRIORTO STARTING TO ENSURE A GOOD BOND . :)
