Does she look a little better with my home made tray (until I fit the 98R1 seat unit)??

Image

Note the 4 LED's lighting the plate (the beam is so narrow and bright that you can't read the plate properly at night because of the shadows caused by being out of beam and by the shadows caused by the numberplate bolts) :D

It's just a flat piece of plastic sheet cut to shape.

I cut a slit in it to pass a "T" shaped piece through, and attached the numberplate to that.

I have bought a proper undertray now, so that one is just lying around my shed if anyone wants it (I could bring it with me to Matlock on the 4th) :D

If I can find some more plastic I don't mind doing a couple and bringing them with me (I may be able to get enough plastic together to make a couple) - depends what is left in my shed

They aren't anything spectacular.

Available in any colour you like if you paint them yourself :D

agree with you there gav....... never thought of that.......although i did think of putting them in the gap in the back fairing bits, but think they would only show from behind not from the side........so would not pass MOT..... :D

They were placed there purely because I had nowhere else to put them

You can actually see them from the side (just), and I also have a pair of LED indicators hidden in the holes in the rear panels behind mesh.

Looks cool on yours - Not too sure about mine though (too much underseat crap to move and nowhere to put it) :\
