Fuel Octane Rating

I was wondering what fuel people are using in their FZRs. I was recommended super plus. I know that the super will not detonate prematurely due to higher ron number. I would like to know what you think - I know that shell super additives can aid in other ways ( friction reducer being one ). Am I wasting my money, are the results from standard as good?

Worked it out. Old regular fuel 98 ron, standard unleaded 95 ron, super unleaded 97 + ron. Super is closest. If I have my figures wrong please let me know.
