I've just done a measurement for you. M4 x 13mm from the shoulder of the bolt x 0.5 pitch.
The 0.5 pitch is a bit of a guess because my bolt measuring tool only goes down to 0.7. I'm not sure if you'll be able to get an allen head bolt with such a fine thread like that?

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
