Gearing/sprocket question?

The 16 front gives better acceleration and the bigger rear gives another 1/3rd of a front tooth. Makes keeping the front on the floor more fun and will get you off the deck quicker

I found 16F 48R to be a great combo on my Foxeye.
Acceleration was so much better. What speed do you want - blink - you got it.
Gives closer ratios so no holes between gears. Snik-snik-snik.
Shortens the wheelbase a fraction for a bit more flickability - even better with the short dogbone mod.
Doesn't reduce top speed because you can actually rev the motor out in top. Autobahn fun.
Speedo has nothing to do with any of this as it's a mechanical drive from the front wheel.
