Dieffe`s bike Help needed

Hi all can anyone shed any light on these Master cylinders and levers for me
What are they off if someone can recognise them ??
As they are slow weeping from the reservoir rubber area and the pots are just turning also both nuts under the rubbers turn also
How do they come off as im clueless Help
