Check your floats are at the right position like this....

and not like this...

If you've got a droop on then get some new float needle valves while you're in there.

Looking at it, I think the bolts have rusted away which is probably why it fell off. Exup valve is working though. Yay.

Got the carbs back together and its ticking over fine and revs up gently, but soon as I try rev it up properly it doesn't like it and doesn't want to rev out. Any ideas?

I need to strip the carbs again anyway because the seals between the carbs seem to be weeping fuel.

Definitely better though.

I'll whip them off and have another look. They're leaking where the carbs are joined together where the fuel pipe feeds each carb. Where's best for those seals?

This is the little O ring Teego is talking about. There's one like this in every carb.
