I went on a mission today to look for a fish & chip shop in Upton near Gainsborough in Lincolnshire. They cook their fish & chips with coal fryers and they have a secret recipe for their batter. See link below.
Well after a while I eventually found it and there was a coal wagon just delivering a load for tonight's customers. From what I've read about it you are queuing for an hour but its well worth the wait.
I was only 12 miles from Lincoln so I decided to have a ride there for some lunch. I called at Fodders as usual and I'm sure Stig has a double. See photo.
