I found it !

Post by Stig »

Was looking for the car hard top cover this morning. Came across a bag in the corner of the garage with the bike in under a duvet. Almost tempted to open it up n drag the bike out.
Not quite ready yet so left things where they are for now. Couple of weeks and the welding should be done and all the tooling out the way. Then it'll be playtime ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Ž

About bloody time as well. Fannying about like you do. :p

I was out with Mike yesterday to Sherburn and Seaways. Not a lot to report really, except watch out out when you go out because the road surface has taken a battering over winter and there's pot holes everywhere. Some big buggers as well. Its best to do a sighting lap first before any heroics.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

I hope you don't own a cat cos you couldn't swing it in there. Its been a cracking day at Cadwell Park. A couple of exups there giving it big licks.

Photos tomorrow. I'm knackered.

Well, battery currently being topped up

Vacbag has done its thing (the bike is still needing a clean like when I put it in there some 18 months ago). The only real issue is both tyres have gone flat over time

Big fire up test tomorrow :puke:

Well I'm glad to hear that good news. That'll save us getting Thunderbird 2 out of its hanger.

It's not a worry. I have too much else to do other than riding the bike

I have my grand daughter most weekends, I've got the Twincam I'm trying to get done which is taking far too long, I've also got the Z4 roadster for wind in the place where hair should be so still get the thrills of a reasonably quick motor when needed, and finally there's EBay selling and life getting in the way

At least I've managed not to sell it  :D
