stupid bike or stupid me?

Here's a photo of the nipple. It's under the rubber cap. (Which I didn't take off) Don't get the fluid on any paintwork or that'll be another job.

Do what Bonly said and undo those 3 bolts and gently take of the casing then pull the clutch lever in a few times so it pushes the piston out.

I'll now go and find you a seal kit on ebay.

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Here you are Justin.

Like Bonly says take plenty of photos before you start taking things off and then you know how it all goes back together.

I hope there's a cuppa in this for us when we meet up at Lincoln for the bike fest. Image

CLUTCH SEAL KIT

They are using a photo for the front brake seal kit so ignore that and it should look something like this...

just a small suggestion....make sure you've a clean (won't be for long so something you don't mind binning after) rag to soak up any hydraulic fluid leakage as it doesn't like painted or coated surfaces.

June 10th which falls on a Sunday. No excuses for washing ones hair that day. Stigs excluded from that practice.

Oh good, just checked my calender and I'm not washing my hair that night! I shall put that down in my diary and I shall be there.

When you remove the old piston, there's a seal that you'll replace. It's V shaped in section. Make a note which way the open end is facing so you know which way around to fit the new one 👍
