Rear subframes

Hi, can anyone tell me what different types of rear subframes were fitted to 1989 - 1993 exups please ?
I have two different types.

I have a spare for the 89-90 which are both the same. If it's any help I can take a pic for you to check against the ones you have.

I am having a total mare uploading photos on to here.
I can build race engines, program engine management systems but I cant load a poxy photo onto a forum...
Is there a step by step tutorial of exactly how to do it ?
So far I have tried ingur, imageshack, cubeupload with no success..
