Hi all

I joined a couple of days ago. I'm probably, no, most likely the oldest member on here at 74, but I 'm currently rebuilding my 4XV7 R1 which I bought a year ago in a sad cosmetic state to replace my '98 R1 which my Daytona riding daughter has never forgiven me for selling! :paranoid: Was at Thruxton camping last weekend and just bought my ticket for Cadwell in a couple of week-ends time.

I'm also on the lookout for a Genesis or FZR750 before they all disappear!!

Well impressed Neil if you can still ride an R1!

You must have looked after your knees! :)

Welcome in....Mine's a skinny Latte, whatever that is, as I really don't want to have to get another set of leathers!

Welcome in Neil. The older the better mate. We've got a few old plodders on here, me included. Mind you I'm a spring chicken compared to you.
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Yes, I noticed that, as soon as I've finished my bike, a meet up at what was The Hilltop Cafe - now The Haven on the A30 or the Air Museum at Middle Wallop might be a thought.
