engine painting?

The place to come to share your technical expertise, or just find out what the little springy thing is that's just pinged out of sight under the work-bench.

engine painting?

Post by Kiwi34 »

Has anyone had any experience spraying their engine? Been look at something like the Simoniz engine enamel spray. but not sure if it is worth it
The engine could do with a little 'freshen up'

I've not used Simoniz silver enamel on engines, but have used it on parts and have to say it is superb and is very close to the natural painted alloy finish japanese bikes were originally finished with.

Bake it to cure it and it is very tough, not expensive either.

a  from me.
