Recovering from man flu here. Bike half in half out its vac bag n not got strength to be able to move it. All projects currently on hold

It usually goes quiet around this time of year. Must admit I thought we may get a few new folk around being as the FZR site and FZR archives are both down

You started work repairing that EXUP yet :finger:

Yes Stig. I've a bit of man flu too, but mine's self inflicted!
I went for my flu jab at the doctors the other day and guess what? I've got the start of a cold. It does this every winter when I get it done. I tell 'em every time that I'll get a cold and they always say that I won't.

Sorry Stig, just seen this bit. Now my bloody eyes are going :(

To answer your question.....in a word.... No. Still can't motivate myself mate.
Though I've been down to nuggitts to pull out the camshafts and buckets etc. Just got to do the worst bit now, selecting the correct sized shims. I might tell him I'm fed up and he can finish it off himself

Oye roadrunner. Don't you be dribbling flu drops all over my shims. I haven't got time for catching flu bugs, so don't be passing it on to me when I come to see you this week. Bloody leper. :p
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Oh yes! Turned out the float valve springs had weakened, causing it to flood at low rpm. So the big black beasties is back! Though that said, I am test riding a little red beasties this weekend.....
