I know normal spray won't work because it's not flexible enough .. I don't want to powder coat because everything on this build iv done myself and don't want to incur that cost .
Iv read to use an oil based paint used specifically for painting springs, but I don't know where to buy it or anything so still none the wiser?
Has anyone ever sprayed there spring ?
Any help appreciated.
Painting a rear shock ..
I've painted the spring on the RG but not ridden it to see how durable the paint is
If you want flex in the paint then have some mixed at an auto paint supplies and ask ten to add plasticize into the mix. It's good enough for flexing on plastic bumpers etc
