A bit of a wire brushing and it'll be fine Dave. :lol: :lol:
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Look you lot, I advertised that head in good faith with an accurate description
I took it off my bike as it was missing on tick-over so thought I'd swap the head instead of looking to do anything else first
It's a good head but might need a bit of a skim coz you can see some pass marks in the mating surface. I think all the valves are there and probably useable. I'm open to sensible offers :D

So it's worth making an offer for then John? :lol:

Maybe Stig's right, a skim and use three head gaskets and it will be fine (of course I would have to hammer the bent valve straight first)!!

If Stig doesn't get out on his bike soon. His head will start to look like that, and yes I'd make Stig an offer. I'd also order some new spark plugs in preparation. :lol: :lol:
