Engine stand

Morning all ... I'm after buying an engine and found this on ebay ..

Would the ExUp engine be ok with this? Can anyone recommend one ??

you would have to make somthing up to bolt it to the engine, those types of engine stand are designed for car engines so the 4 mountings bolt to the bellhousing mounting holes.
it shouldnt be too difficult to knock up some adapters

Cheers Neil, that's the part in wasn't sure about as I was trying to figure out how you would bolt the engine to it.
Iv looked for adapters but not found owt, il see if my dad can make owt up.

what you could do is use your rear eng mountings put the bolts back in them with L shaped bracket on each end which you could bolt the stand mounting too
GOD TOLD ME TO DO IT !!!

I like that idea ! Seems quite obvious no you have said it but I wouldn't have thought it on my own!! Haha cheers
