Clutch window finished

FZR1000 Exup 89 street fighter
Bike still being built, paint etc to follow.

Hope to have it running for summer testing then make any changes befor strip down for paint and polish etc.

If anyone else is looking to do a similar mod I have a spare casing without the centre plate :nod:

Where did you get the parts to do the clutch window?

The clutch is not centre to the window, to do this would take a lot more work and welding, but I'm happy as it is.


I had the stainless ring lazer cut
and all other parts from ebay

The connector for the breather pipe had to be drilled out in a lathe.
It was a threaded tube and needs to be drilled out with 2 different sizes holes. I'm sure if you had a bench drill you could do it yourself

The only thing you have to do is the cut out for window (careful grinding) ,cut and drill the Lexan and a few holes in the case.

Its all quite easyImage
