Olivers Mount

Post by nuggitt »

Had to go to Beverley this morning on a bit of a mission. When I'd got that done I had a ride up to Scarborough and I thought while I'm there I'll go up to the Olivers Mount racing circuit. I haven't been up there for a long time. Luckily for me there wasn't many folk about so I managed a couple of quick laps before I pulled in to have a pit stop at the Cafe. Tea and cakes again.

When I was at the start and finish line I spotted this plaque about Barry Sheene.

Here's a few photos.

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
