If you buy the workshop manual (Haynes or Clymer) then do it yourself. It's not that difficult unless you need to change some valve clearance shims

As said follow the Haynes manual and its fairly easy just time consuming.

Should have said if its just plugs oil and air filter its a doddle.
If its shims and you are fairly competent just follow the manual.
You will need a torque wrench to do the shims and they can be done with the engine in the frame.
