noisey clutch rattle when hot

noisey clutch rattle when hot

When my exup engines hot, the clutch makes a rattling noise,dissapears when the lever is pulled in ,can this noise be prevented (imodified) or is it summat we have to live with being these ladies are 20 odd years old,goes like stink tho just rattles like a bag o nails at traffic lights lol :lol: :lol:

are the plates and spring within spec?

im assuming so ,no slip under load etc etc

seems more like a basket rattle,its just annoying tho was hoping i could remedy somehow :( :(

This is the usual culprit;

Replacing it and the spacer does not always cure it !
