So...Just out of curiosity based on a ride out yesterday, what MPG are we all getting?

I'm averaging about 47mpg on a steady run. I don't go fast at anytime (officer) so I can't give you a reading on that mpg. :D :D
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Between 43 (fast roads within legal limits!) & 49 (sedate ROSPA stylee) think.....pleasant surprise.....best I've got!

About mid 40s,doesn't seem to vary much.

I nearly always get around 130 miles to a tank when I have to fill up. I did get 160 before I hit reserves once tho.

Worst I ever got was 70 miles out of a tank and that was riding to the assen wsb with Yamaexup - was full chat from leaving the petrol station and panicked looking for the next one soon after rofl

Usually get 120 - 130 miles before hitting the reserve switch. Never actually worked it out in MPH. Certainly thirstier than my 05 Z1000 :-)

Couldn't have been that time with me Paully. You had a bottle of brake fluid all over your back tyre & that was causing you wheelspin most of the way... :unibrow:

On a more serious note, I usually get about 140 before hitting reserve :nod:

yep that was the exact trip timbo after i stopped to wash the back wheel down we had to go like the clappers to catch up - best 70 miles i've ever ridden :lol:

By comparison, my RGV does about 35mpg at a steady 65-70 mph.its got half the power and a quarter of the capacity, guess thats 2 strokes for ya..
Come to think of it, the exup is the most frugal out of all my vehicles
