Holy shit batman!

Good luck with a sprocket change... Looks like next one will be held on the same way or else someone's gunna be stripping the gearbox to install a new main output shaft coz I doubt the threads will be accessible enough to repair


At least it stopped the nut coming loose :D

Looks like the gear lever is in the wrong place too as it don't seem to be lined up with the punch mark

Top mechanic that bloke eh? :eek:

I can't believe it had any chain drive with the lack of teeth on that sprocket. :eek:
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

When I got my EXUP many moons ago the front sprocket was welded on in the same way, until i got it sorted i had to grind off the old weld and weld on the new sprocket, all good fun!
