Holy shit batman!

Good luck with a sprocket change... Looks like next one will be held on the same way or else someone's gunna be stripping the gearbox to install a new main output shaft coz I doubt the threads will be accessible enough to repair

At least it stopped the nut coming loose

Looks like the gear lever is in the wrong place too as it don't seem to be lined up with the punch mark

I can't believe it had any chain drive with the lack of teeth on that sprocket.

When I got my EXUP many moons ago the front sprocket was welded on in the same way, until i got it sorted i had to grind off the old weld and weld on the new sprocket, all good fun!

Did your old sprocket have teeth?
