Wanted - pillar drill

looking for a heavy duty/ light industrial floor standing pillar drill.
Needs to have the following

Morse taper no2 fitment
chuck capacity min 16mm/ 5/8th
240V
min of 9 speeds
rack & pinion table preferred

no cheap chinese shite plz but as long as its a recognized brand it'll be considered

price negotiable but no telephone numbers...i'm looking for a bargain not made of money

Willing to collect, hopefully midlands area

or this as i see that it only goes unto 13mm and 5 speeds...

Thanks for the reply. the first is too DIY and the latter is 415V as I've just checked with the seller
