It seems from trawling the net that there is some confusion on the tacho codes, particularly on the later models of yzf 750 and thunderace, codes from my own experience sorting out my yzf 750 loom after crimper man had obviously had a crack at it are 7000 fuel pump, could be bad connection, bulb blown in warning light ect
9000 is exup servo, again bad connections in the signal wire if it works or goes crazy
10000 is t p s where it's fitted, bad connection, out of adjustment or faulty,
Might help someone out when the dancing tacho drives you nuts!!
