Cheers, I made it, start with aluminium base plate then cover with hard foam then wrap fabric over and glue from underside. I've made another with more padding for long distance too.

That looks fit Dave and I bet it goes like SH*T off a shovel. Image
Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Need more boost so 1040 wieso's are going in now with 2.5 mm base gasket as trying to get someone to make low compression ones without a minimum order of 12 has been a difficult task, I've wasted 16 weeks waiting for cp carilo in the states so gone down the 1040's road and had it bored out, glad it's going back together now Image

Just in the process of making a bit more of an exhaust for it as I can't ride through town with out everyone wondering what's coming down the road before they even see me😃 plus on a long journey I think it will do my head in😨.

That is one of the most gorgeous bikes I have ever seen. Wouldn't know whether to put it in a glass case or ride the tits off it until it broke.
Keep on keepin' on.
