YZFR125

Post by Purity Vendetta »

This is a bit of a long shot but we've had an enquiry about repairing some scuffs on a YZFR125 fairing panel. We specialise in mechanical work normally so aesthetics like this are not generally our thing. Any ideas guys as times are lean and we don't want to turn down any work which might lead onto other word of mouth advertising?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Stig, do you know roughly were abouts Nasty is located. We're in Tamworth. I'm going to speak to the kid tomorrow just to check he understands that paint doesn't usually come cheap before I take things forward.

At the moment Nastie's in the Isle of Man. I'm not sure how long he's there for but he's going to contact me when he gets back. I've got a rear side panel and the small piece that goes over the rear light in at nasties at the moment.

He's the man for the job. He lives at Ward End in Birmingham postcode is B8 3EP

I had a load of stuff done awhile back and it was spot on and his prices are very reasonable too.

Here's a group photo of the work I had done.

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.

Thanks guys that's brilliant, just around the corner from us too. I'll get in touch with him when he gets back. Handy to have a paint guy so close and we're happy to put our stuff his way. Looks really good nuggitt.

Thanks for that. Apart from the tank and one of the rear seat covers the rest of it is all wrapped up in the loft as spares or pension fund.

Hope those underpants are clean that are propping up the nose fairing John!
BTW, like the Yamaha sky blue paint on the walls (the old IT series of enduro bikes).
