Got me a new tank sat in the spare room waiting to go on my '94 foxeye.
Not a spot of rust inside or out, but reading about the addition of ethanol in our petrol these days has me worried.
Should I just fill it up with ordinary unleaded and quit worrying or is there something I should do to stop the 'old' but new tank rusting from the inside out?
Will using the likes of V-power at Shell only be better? Or does that have ethanol in it too??

IF IT AIN'T BROKE - FIX IT 'TILL IT IS.
I've been reading up about this and according to the Total oil company they don't put Ethanol in their petrol.
Have a read of this and near the bottom look for TOTAL EO FUEL SITES.xls

Bit of advice. Buy a good bed and a good pair of shoes, because if you aren't in one you'll be in the other.
