Well fuel return pipe welded in tank and now all there is to do is to make a bracket to hold speedo pick up and then it's test run, I've fire it up and sounds bang on, I'll do a video of it soon on put a link on here then when it's all set up and running sound I'll do onboard video, he he can't wait.

Had a run up the road today on the turbo and it was running richer than Richard Branson so just ordered some smaller main jets x2 100s and x2 102.5s let's see if that sorts it, you would think more air more fuel but spoke to a geeza who has done all this before and he says sometimes you go bigger and other times smaller.

Looks stunning.
How would I go about polishing my frame like that, are there any special products or is it all down to loads of elbow grease.

Cheers Gord,
As for the polishing you will have to rub all the anodizing off maybe better off with a sander with 400s grit until uniform then get a polishing mop in a electric drill, plenty of soap and get polishing, polishing is the easy part the prep is the biggest bit, if you see swirl marks after polishing go back over with say 600 grit then repolish.
